Shipping Information
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products, such as personalized or clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check product details before making your purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the order arrives.
